Hi, I'm Jasmine.

I believe the relationship you have with your therapist is an important part of the work itself. You’re not just looking for someone with the right credentials—you’re looking for someone you can feel comfortable being honest with, someone who can understand the parts of you that may be difficult to explain, and someone you can trust to walk alongside you through meaningful change.

I’m a relational, trauma-informed therapist and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens not only through the techniques we use, but through the experience of being genuinely seen, understood, and met.

My approach integrates Relational EMDR (R-EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy conjoint with EMDR for couples, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and Parts-Work, allowing us to work with the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape how you move through the world. I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all, so I adapt our work to you—your experiences, your nervous system, your relationships, and what you want to create in your life.

I also don't believe therapy has to be about fixing what's wrong with you.

You may be coming because something hurts, something feels stuck, or you're tired of repeating patterns you understand intellectually but can't seem to change. And yes, we'll make space for that.

But I also want to ask: What do you want more of?

More confidence.
More resilience.
More trust.
More connection.
More intimacy.
More freedom to be yourself.

For me, that's where therapy becomes more than symptom management. It's an opportunity for transformation—to understand what shaped you while building the capacity to live, love, connect, and move through the world differently.

I try to bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to go deep into our work together. I won't simply sit back and take notes while you do all the work. We'll be curious together, and I'll gently challenge you when I think it might help. There should also be room for humor, humanity, and not taking ourselves too seriously.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before you reach out. We can start with where you are, and together explore where you want to go.

I’d be glad to meet you there.
